For the category of orphan children, Dreama’s launch of the “Right and Duty” campaign comes out of its belief in the importance of integrating Dreama’s children as a social principle and in the positive role that the foster and extended family plays in the upbringing, stability and well-being of the foster child. In fulfillment of its moral obligation to implement social responsibility, the local legislation issued by the state and the special international charters to which the state has acceded have paid attention to all children’s rights alike, such as the right to education, the right to health, and the right to life.
