The Orphan Care Center “Dreama” launched the summer camp “Ajaweed Dreama Camp” on the social media platform “Instagram” with a live broadcast, the activities of which will continue during the period between 2-24 July of this year, taking into account the precautionary measures to confront the emerging Corona virus 19 and in compliance with the government decisions taken. The camp includes the establishment of many programs and purposeful activities, as Dreama has set general goals for all of its summer programs, which include making optimal use of leisure time, including discharging their negative energies into everything useful, developing artistic and social talents and skills, and renewing the enthusiasm and activity of Dreama’s children, in addition to expanding their awareness of knowledge and sharing... On this occasion, Mrs. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misnad, Executive Director of the Orphan Care Center (Dreama), said that what distinguishes Dreama’s initiatives is the continuity of serving orphans and meeting their needs in the educational, cultural, social, material and moral fields. She explained that the schedule of activities for the summer camp “Ajaweed Camp “Dreama” comes in line with the vision and mission of Dreama in providing care to foster children, enhancing the value of effective communication and developing their skills in accordance with the system of life, values and morals, and applying them in dealing and communicating with children in accordance with the precautionary measures to confront the emerging Corona virus 19, and using the social media platform “Instagram” to implement Dreama Summer Camp 2020 activities. On the other hand, Mrs. Nour Al-Muhannadi, Director of the Community Awareness Office in Dreama, said that we have been seeking for some time to contribute through the Community Awareness and Cooperation Department to find initiatives, events and projects that will contribute, support and integrate our orphan children into society, noting that among these initiatives and projects come The “Ajaweed Dreama” summer camp initiative, which falls within many purposeful summer programs and activities. The idea of launching the camp and promoting it on social media sites comes in a form that is not devoid of excitement by presenting the activities in an artistic manner.
