Dreama Organizes an Entertainment Day for its Children
The Orphan Care Center “Dreama” organized an entertainment day for the center’s employees, during which many entertainment events, competitions, and various activities were held, in order to strengthen social ties in a recreational atmosphere dominated by familiarity, love, feelings of interconnectedness, and one team spirit. The Dreama entertainment day for children came with Dreama employees with the aim of instilling confidence in the souls of Children by practicing the profession of trade and selling in the “bazaar” and entertaining them during spring break, practicing their favorite hobbies, and discovering and displaying their creativity and talents. Mrs. Al-Anoud Hassan Darwish, Acting Executive Director of the “Dreama” Center, stressed the importance of such activities for children to instill confidence in the souls of Dreama’s children, develop themselves, develop skills, and acquire new knowledge. She noted that the orphan is an integral part of society, and from this standpoint, the “Dreama” Center seeks “By organizing these activities and events to consolidate the principle of community integration and achieve the vision and mission of the center to provide comprehensive, high-quality services in all social and psychological aspects, and to provide health, educational, advocacy, pedagogical and recreational care.....and others. She pointed out that the center provides all amenities and distinguished quality services for its members to live in an atmosphere of joy and happiness, while developing plans to empower the children of Dreama, and stressed the need to enhance social communication between the center’s employees and service providers. On this occasion, Al-Anoud Al-Darwish extended her sincere thanks and appreciation to all the active and interested collaborators and supporters with the “Dreama” Center for their continuous efforts in supporting the Center’s progress, whether from governmental and private agencies and volunteers. The idea of the entertainment day focused on commerce to give the members commercial skills and discover their talents in this aspect, as a number of “Boots” were distributed to the participating children to sell their products in the form of a “bazaar.” The shops included Sons of Dreama shops (café - restaurant - art shop - creativity shop - beauty shop - taste shop) and other names that found great acceptance by the children. The program also included Celebrating with a variety of carnival-style motor games, in addition to offering various competitions and distributing gifts to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of Dreama’s children, the entertainment day achieved the desired goals by monitoring the children’s positive impressions, which were directly reflected in their behavior and interaction with the participants.
