The collaboration also includes the enhancement of Dreama’s digital infrastructure by upgrading its technological systems based on best practices in the field of cyber security.

She concluded by extending her sincere appreciation to the National Cyber Security Agency and the joint working teams for their valuable efforts.

In his remarks, Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Hammadi, General Manager of the National Cyber Security Agency, stated:

“We are pleased to launch this pioneering partnership between the National Cyber Security Agency and Dreama Orphan Care Center. This collaboration reflects a shared vision and a united will to serve a noble human cause, embodying an institutional awareness that cyber awareness is no longer a technical luxury but a cultural, security, and social necessity that requires collective effort and complementary roles.

Amid rising cyber threats and the growing dependence on the digital environment in our daily lives, raising awareness—especially among sensitive groups such as children and youth—has become a national imperative and a societal necessity. That is why the National Cyber Security Agency places strategic importance on this front, recognizing that investment in awareness is the most impactful and long-lasting.

Our partnership with Dreama brings this commitment to life through a comprehensive initiative that includes awareness and training workshops tailored to the center’s children and youth, focusing on digital safety, privacy protection, and distinguishing safe behavior from potential risks. The initiative also includes training for administrative and educational staff to empower them to play an active role in spreading knowledge and reinforcing a cyber security culture within the educational setting.

At the National Cyber Security Agency, we believe that digital safety indicators can only be achieved when awareness messages reach every home, every institution, and every child. Therefore, this partnership is not the end, but the beginning of a sustainable path of joint work aimed at building a secure digital environment for children—one that strengthens their sense of safety and instills confidence as they step into the future.

In conclusion, I extend my deepest gratitude to Dreama’s leadership for their spirit of constructive collaboration and to all the teams who contributed to shaping this initiative. We look forward to seeing its positive impact reflected in the digital behavior and awareness of our youth.”
